Return & Refund Policy

At Tiger Cloth, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please note: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Returns Process

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@tigercloth.in within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will email you a return authorization and shipping label
  4. Package the item securely and attach the provided label
  5. Drop the package at any authorized shipping center

Refund Timelines

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and hosiery for hygiene reasons
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards
  • Items without original tags
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@tigercloth.in and send your item to our return address.

For size exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the original item for a refund to avoid being without the item during the exchange process.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Free returns: We offer free returns for items that are defective or incorrect due to our error. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. However, sale items can be exchanged for store credit within the 30-day return window.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Common questions about our return process

How long does the refund process take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution, but typically takes 5-10 business days for credit/debit cards.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@tigercloth.in with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement as soon as we receive the returned item.

Do I need to include the original packaging?

Yes, please return items in their original packaging whenever possible. This helps ensure the product is protected during transit and allows us to potentially resell the item if it's in new condition.

Can I return an item I purchased on sale?

Sale items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in new condition with tags attached. Sale items are not eligible for cash refunds.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite the correct item to you as soon as possible, at no additional cost.
