The timeline for custom garments varies based on complexity and current workload. Typically, a custom suit takes 3-4 weeks from initial measurement to final fitting. Simple garments may be completed in 2 weeks, while complex orders with multiple fittings may take longer.

We accept bulk orders starting from 10 pieces for most garments. However, we offer tiered pricing with better rates for larger quantities. For very specific requirements or highly customized items, we may have different minimums which we can discuss during consultation.

Yes, we offer virtual consultations for design services and initial discussions. However, for custom clothing, we recommend in-person visits for accurate measurements. For clients outside our city, we provide detailed measurement guides and offer follow-up adjustments if needed.

We work with a wide range of fabrics including premium cottons, wools, linens, silks, and specialty blends. We source materials from renowned mills globally and maintain a collection of samples for clients to choose from. We can also source specific fabrics upon request.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship and will make any necessary adjustments to ensure perfect fit and satisfaction. For ready-to-wear items, we accept returns within 7 days with original tags attached.
